About Rafiki
Meet Rafiki, the delightful tabby who's truly a bundle of joy! As the smallest of his litter, he may come in a petite package, but his personality more than makes up for it. This grey tabby boy is playful and friendly, ready to captivate the hearts of anyone who meets him.
Rafiki has proven to be incredibly social and adaptable, having grown up with a mix of dogs, cats, and kids. His love for cuddles makes him the perfect addition to a loving family. Rafiki has a special fondness for dogs, and you’ll often find him smooching up to his canine pals.
In his downtime, one of Rafiki's favorite spots is the cat tree. It's his go-to place for relaxation and contemplation, giving him a perfect vantage point to keep an eye on the world around him.
If you're looking for a playful companion who is as affectionate as he is adventurous, Rafiki is your guy. He'd thrive in a home where he can enjoy the company of both two-legged and four-legged friends. Bring Rafiki home and let his joyful spirit brighten your days!

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
