About Toby
Meet Toby, a charming 14-month-old Cavoodle puppy who is ready to find his forever home! Toby is a playful and affectionate companion with a wonderful mix of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poodle traits. He is looking for a loving and patient family or individual who can provide him with the attention, training, and care he needs to thrive.
Toby is friendly, affectionate, and loves being around people. He enjoys attention and is always eager to be part of family activities. Despite his playful side, he is also a calm and well-mannered pup who enjoys cuddles and bonding time with his humans. Toby's sweet nature makes him a great companion for a variety of households.
Toby is searching for an inclusive home, whether with or without kids. He has lived with cats in the past, so he's comfortable sharing his space with them, as long as they're social and calm. Toby would also do well in a home with other calm, friendly dogs who enjoy socializing and playing gently.
Given his young age, Toby still requires a bit of time and patience to continue developing his manners and behavior, but the basics have already been instilled. He responds well to positive reinforcement and is eager to learn and please. Toby would benefit from a consistent routine and ongoing training, which will help him grow into a confident and well-behaved dog.
Toby has already mastered the basic commands, and with continued guidance, he will thrive in his new home. He is a smart pup who enjoys learning new tricks and commands. As he is still in his puppy stage, he will need regular exercise and mental stimulation to keep him happy and healthy.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
