About Toffee
A special kitten who came to SAFE looking much worse for ware - but in the right hands and with buddy Kofi, this little guy has come leaps and bounds. He has heavy top eyelids - giving him a permanent sad look - but this little guy is full of kitten curiosity and mischief. He is in foster care with 4 adult resident cats and bestie Kofi. Adoption with Kofi would be ideal - this pair found each other in foster care and are a super match.
From his carer:
Toffee….affectionately known as Gary because he just looks like a Gary!
Don’t let his little sad expression fool you, he is a very smoochy little boy who once he has warmed to you will come and find you for lots of attention. You will of course be rewarded with purrs! He especially loves a butt scratch!
He absolutely loves his food but can be a little territorial over his food bowl when his foster sister comes to steal his dinner! And sometimes a few warning growls can be heard!
He loves playing with toys, the noisier the better and he has a little quirk! When he is excited he will spin around in circles a few times.
He isn’t suited to being an only cat as he often calls for his foster sister when he can’t find her, so will definitely need a feline friend.
