Hello! I’m Merv, the cutest chocolate staffy mix you’ll ever meet. I’m 11 years old, a bit on the chunky side (but working on it!), and I’ve been called the "goodest boy" more times than I can count. I’ve also been called Chocolate Scroll, Chocolate Pudding, Little Chocolate Dumpling... you get the gist!

My favourite things in life are cuddles, following my foster parents around, food, more cuddles, walkies, and lots of kisses. If you’re not a fan of doggy kisses, I might not be the pup for you, but if you love them, and if I’m allowed on the couch and bed for snuggles... then adopt me NOW!

I’ve been living with my foster parents and their three big dogs for a while, and I get along with everyone. I’m always ready to make new friends! We walk together, eat together, and sleep together without any problems. I’m a peaceful pup who just wants to be a good boy. I don’t bark much, and I prefer to chew on my toys or bones rather than anything else.

I’m fantastic on a lead and love my daily walks. I’ve been doing 30-minute walks every day with my big buddies, and I keep up just fine. I know how to sit and drop, and I’m always happy to listen to my foster parents (usually because it means treats or cuddles are coming soon!).

I really am the "goodest boy," and I’d love to be your companion. While I could be the only dog in the house, I’d be thrilled to share my space with another furry friend or two. Just please don’t leave me outside – I’ve gotten used to having 24/7 access to both indoors and outdoors, and I absolutely love it.

You can’t go wrong with a sweet Chocolate Scroll like me! If you adopt me, I’ll love you and your family for the rest of my days. Can’t wait to meet you at our Meet ‘n Greet!
