Cloud is our new 'special' girl.

She came to our Shelter as a young mum with a little 8 week old son. Cloud is a white, short-haired cat with clear, yellow-green eyes and a wonderful gentle nature. Part of the package that comes with being a white haired cat is deafness and we believe that this is the case for Cloud. She can lead a full and happy life if her human guardians take care to keep her safe (same guidelines as you would with any other cat). Please read on to find out more:-

AN EXCELLENT DIET AND CARE- This diet is one of high-quality dry biscuits, wet food and bowls of fresh, cool water. All these items are important to keep her body and coat healthy and hydrated. Regular visits to the vet are essential.

PURR-SONALITY:- Cloud is a happy and uncomplicated lady, who's easy to get along with. Cloud enjoys human company and in time to come, we're sure she'll be your lap cat. It would be ideal if her new companion was looking for her cat to be close to her, as this will help Cloud.

LOVING HOUSEHOLD NEEDED:- Cloud's human companions should have SOME CAT EXPERIENCE, however the important qualities they need are patience and kindness, whilst she settles in and finds her paws. A "LAUNCH ROOM" would help a great deal to make her feel comfortable. This is a quiet area (bedroom or crate), where she can access all her essentials (bed, food, water, bedding, toilet tray and toys). If she feels overwhelmed, she can chill out in this space if the need arises.

INDOOR LIFESTYLE:- As Cloud has been lost from her home in the past, she'd love to have a safe indoor lifestyle in her new home, where her new guardians would ensure that she's kept safe from the many dangers outside. This is mandatory for Cloud with her hearing impairment.

You can make inside your home exciting for her so that she's not enticed outside.
