About Lollie
Lollie is such a precious little soul. She has only ever known one home since she was a puppy, so leaving her old home affected her very much and she did take a couple of weeks to settle into foster care. Lollie will therefore require new owners who can understand what she's been through and provide her with gentle reassurance and time to get to trust her new owners. Chihuahua experience will be wonderful as she is pretty typical of the breed.
Once Lollie gets to know her people she will jump up on your lap or sit next to you for a snuggle while you watch TV. She used to live with another dog and has got along fine with her carer's two small dogs, so would likely do well in a home with another gentle dog for companionship and confidence. Lollie is not suited to a home with cats or small pets.
Lollie is quite active and loves going for walks. She is good in the car and is house trained.
Lollie is currently too timid to be around children and would do best in a quietish, adult home with a routine and not too much bustle, although she will more than likely come out of her shell with time. Lollie doesn't enjoy being alone and does need a home where someone is around lots (active retires or workers from home would be ideal). She is a little explorer and must have a small-dog proof fencing.
If you can offer this gorgeous little lady a loving and understanding home you won't be disappointed.
