Hey there, I'm Phil!

I'm a playful dude, I love to run around the foster home and chase my toys, I can go super super fast when I want, and my foster mum thinks I'm hilarious! I'm a total smoocher, if you want a cat that you can carry around like a baby, that's me! I'll take advantage of any lap on offer to lay in, and I like to stand up and rub all over you when given the opportunity, I promise to make you feel loved and appreciated. I am quite a special boy in more ways than one, I'm adorably cross-eyed! But that does not stop me from doing usual cat things, it just takes me a few seconds longer to focus on something. I also have a special tummy and can only have a certain type of food, I can still have some treats like cheese and chicken, but I will need to go home with my own biscuits and wet food, the shelter will provide some of this for you!
