Hello there, I'm India!

I'm a sleek Domestic Short Hair cat with a heart as warm as my namesake country. I'm a lovely girl, still young at 2yrs old and am ready to find my forever home! I'm pretty laid-back but I've got a playful streak. I'm not one to turn down a good play session (especially if it involves a feather toy) but don't worry, I also love my quiet time and I'm perfectly content to curl up next to you while you read or watch TV.

I've been told that I should look for a home with someone who has already experienced the joy of having a cat because I have my little quirks (don't we all?) and a seasoned cat owner would understand me better. Also it's preferred that my new family members are 15 years or older. I love older kids but I also appreciate a more serene environment.
