Meet Ol' MacDonald - Your Resident Rodent Wrangler!

Ol' MacDonald is a handsome, independent boy who isn't suited to the typical pet lifestyle. While he enjoys some human company, he can get pent up in a full-time home environment and may lash out when he feels overwhelmed. What he truly needs is a life with freedom and purpose.

Ol' MacDonald would thrive as a farm or barn cat, where he can patrol the property, keep rodents at bay, and spend most of his time doing his own thing. That said, he may still enjoy coming inside for short visits with his humans or even sleeping in a laundry overnight if it suits him.

He is currently on a small amount of medication to help manage his stress levels in a home environment. His new family will be provided with enough medication to slowly and safely wean him off it once he's settled into his new lifestyle.

Ol' MacDonald's ideal home:

A farm or rural property

Shelter like a barn, shed, or stable, plus daily food and water

People who respect his independence but don't mind the occasional visit indoors
