About Princess Cookie SUA013255
Meet Princess Cookie, an enchanting young lady with a gorgeous coat and a heart of gold. This dainty girl may take a little time to come out of her shell when meeting new people or adjusting to a new environment, but once she feels secure, her affectionate nature truly shines. As her bond with her human flourishes, expect a steady stream of gentle head nudges and an enthusiastic purr to let you know just how much you mean to her.
As both a playful and cuddly companion, she is sure to make any moment spent together heartwarming and joyous. As a highly social creature, she loves attention from her human and may sometimes be a bit "needy" in her longing for affection.
For the best possible environment, Princess Cookie would thrive in a calm household without children to cater to her mellow nature. Her prior experiences have shown that she can coexist with other pets, particularly if they are gentle and understanding like her. Whether it's a quiet feline friend or a calm canine, Princess Cookie's compatibility shines when in the presence of mellow and respectful companions.
Having been an indoor-only cat, Princess Cookie is accustomed to the serene comfort of a nice indoor only secure home.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
