About Possum 🩵🐟
Meet Possum, a 9-week-old Siamese and Domestic Short Hair mix (Snowshoe) who captivates everyone with his stunning blue eyes and charmingly intricate markings. This little chatterbox is always ready for a friendly conversation, bringing joy to his human family and their feline friends. He's always happy to accept pats and love from his people and curious to know when his next meal is being served!
Possum is a bundle of energy who loves games of chase and playful wrestling with his siblings. You'll often find him zooming around the room, happily occupied with chasing balls, springs, and interactive toys. While he adores a good play session, Possum also loves to hang out with the older cats in his foster home, always eager for a cozy cuddle or a gentle clean from his feline friends.
Having access to an outdoor enclosed catio is one of Possum's favorite pastimes, where he can take in the sights and sounds of the outside world while remaining safe. His inquisitive nature drives him to explore higher realms, as he enjoys climbing and observing his surroundings.
When it's time to eat, Possum has a gourmet palate that includes Roo mince, Applaws kitten tuna, and Royal Canin kitten loaf, as well as his foster mom's homemade chicken and veggie broth. He has access to Royal Canin kitten dry food 24/7, all of which fuel his spirited playfulness. An absolute pro at using his litter tray, Possum is accustomed to Tofu litter in his foster home.
For this sweet and intelligent little boy, the ideal home would be one with other cats to keep him entertained and enriched. He would thrive in a household with older children who are respectful and gentle. Inside-only accommodations, possibly equipped with an enclosed catio, are necessary to ensure both his safety and that of local wildlife.
Possum, with his vet work all done, is eagerly looking forward to sharing his very first Christmas with a caring and adventurous new family. Whether it's warming your lap or keeping you entertained with his antics, Possum is ready to bring joy to every home.

If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
