About George
About George
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
George, street cat to lap cat
A loving and middle-aged cat who was probably dumped in our area without a microchip. His teeth have been sorted, and he has been desexed. He is very friendly and likes to sit on your lap and be brushed for as long as you have time.
He may have a heart murmur (he purrs so loudly the vet isn’t sure), but other than that, the vet has given him the all clear health wise.
He’s currently an outdoor cat but is locked up at night, which he doesn’t object to at all, although he’s always keen to see you in the morning. George would probably be very happy inside, but unfortunately our existing two cats will not allow this. He follows us around the garden during the day and loves company; definitely not a loner.
George has a few battle scars that add to his charm and rugged good looks. His ears are a bit tatty, and he has a few lines across his face, but he has a beautiful golden stripey coat and holds his fluffy tail high.
We would love to see George go to a home that will give him the attention and love he deserves.
My Ideal Home:
George will be suitable as a barn cat.
What is Known About My Background:
George was found abandoned.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
George should be fine with children that know how to interact with a cat properly.
George does get along with other cats, but would thrive as an only pet.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
