About Clifford
Meet Clifford, the red British bulldog with a heart as big as his playful personality! Clifford is great with other dogs and cats, making him the perfect candidate for a multi-pet household. His amiable nature ensures that playtime is always fun and sociable, whether it's with two- or four-legged friends. However, his exuberance means he might accidentally knock over smaller children in his quest for fun — it's best to give him some space to frolic to his heart's content.
There isn't a mean bone in Clifford's body, and his playful goofball persona is sure to bring laughter to any environment. His boundless love and charm are accompanied by an irresistible and clumsy enthusiasm that lights up the room. Medical notes
Clifford has some eye allergies - since coming into rescue his eye allergies are settling down beautifully - so this could indicate its environmental if plants in the garden
He has some eye drops that will help.
He is a brachycephalic breed. All suffer from BOAS in some way, either minor or severe. They are always at risk of boas ( brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome)becoming clinical- creating difficulty breathing. We expect you to have a complete understanding of the condition and discuss the potential surgical, environmental and medical modifications you may have to do for this condition with your vet before you apply for this dog. It is also a excellent idea to take advantage of the trial period to have your vet check over the dog and give you more pointers on this breed related issue and the expectations for their care and management.
