About Yoshi
Yoshi is a darling boy with a beautiful temperament. He will melt your heart with his big floppy cuddles and puppy dog eyes. He has been in care with other dogs and is very respectful of their boundaries. Yoshi will be great with kids as he is sweet and gentle, he will also be fine with cats and of course other dogs.
Yoshi is still learning to master toilet training so will need you to help him with reminders. He has learnt to use a doggy door so if you have one toilet training wont take long.
Being a malamute, Yoshi will feel the heat so will need to have access to a cool shady area and maybe a shell pool to enable him to cool off in hot weather. He will also need good grooming as his coat grows. He will grow to be a big boy so will also need you to be committed to obedience training while he grows and matures to adulthood.
Yoshi is a great all round dog and is going to make an awesome pet for his new family. He will love a home that will include him in family adventures.
It is a condition in our adoption agreement that all our dogs are to be taken through obedience training to ensure they reach their full potential.

• You have a secure yard.
• Yoshi will not be alone for more than 6hrs.
• You will enrol Yoshi in obedience training.
• You will allow Yoshi to be part of the family and will allow him access to indoors with you.
• You WILL provide him with daily exercise AND mental stimulation.
Applications with extensive details on the lifestyle you will offer will be considered. Please provide the name of the obedience club you will be attending.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
