About Mum SUA013024 & Ginger Ninja SUA013023
Meet Mum (Tabby 2yo) and Ginger Ninja (Ginger 1yo), a bonded family, searching for a serene and patient home where they can truly blossom. This adorable duo comprises Mum, a sweet and gentle lady, and her devoted son, Ginger Ninja, who simply adores his mum.
Both Mum and Ginger Ninja are shy initially, especially when meeting new people or settling into new environments. But rest assured, beneath their bashful exterior lies a deep well of affection and charm that reveals itself once they feel secure and acquainted. Trust is a journey with these two, and with time and patience, they'll reward you with loyalty and companionship.
Mum and Ginger Ninja thrive in homes that provide stability, quietude, and a calm atmosphere. They are best suited to a household without the hustle and bustle of children or the presence of dogs, where they can unwind and experience a sense of safety. Ginger Ninja, with his endearing moniker, is particularly food-driven, which can be a delightful way to engage with him and win him over while sharing yummy treats.
If you're willing to provide a nurturing environment and allow these two to flourish at their own pace, Mum and Ginger Ninja could become beloved members of your family. They come with the promise of a unique bond and the joy of seeing their personalities shine as their trust in you grows.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
