Adoption information
About Winnie π― waiting since 2024
π― WINNIE HAS BEEN WAITING SINCE DECEMBER 2024 π―
Winnie came into foster care on 8 December 2024.
It is now September 2026.
That means this beautiful, ridiculously affectionate girl has been waiting over 21 MONTHS for someone to choose her. π
And somehow, in all that time, she has had just four adoption enquiries.
Winnie came into care when she was barely more than a kitten herself. She had already had her first litter at only around 6 months old, and was brought into care heavily pregnant again before she was even a year old.
Her babies grew up and moved on.
Winnie is still waiting.
π― MEET WINNIE
If you want a cat who actually wants to be with you, Winnie is your girl.
She is incredibly social, affectionate and people-oriented. Winnie LOVES pats and has the softest coat. She will happily curl up with you on the bed, snuggle beside you on the couch, or settle wherever you happen to be.
She is also an enthusiastic biscuit maker. π₯Ή
Winnie doesn't just tolerate affection. She actively seeks it out. She wants to be part of your life and would make an incredible companion for someone looking for a genuinely loving, interactive cat.
π‘ WINNIE IS READY TO GO HOME NOW
After nearly two years in foster care, there is nothing left for Winnie to wait for.
She just needs someone to finally choose her. β€οΈ
Winnie comes:
β
Desexed
β
Fe3 vaccinated
β
Regularly flea/worm treated
β
Microchipped
β
Full veterinary health check
β
FIV & FeLV tested NEGATIVE
Her adoption fee is $100, which helps cover the cost of her veterinary care.
π±πΆ OTHER PETS
Winnie currently lives with other foster cats and a dog, so she is accustomed to sharing her home with other animals.
She could be a wonderful addition to a home with existing pets following an appropriate introduction.

β€οΈ December 2024 β September 2026
Winnie has spent almost two years waiting for her forever home.
She came into care as a young mum who had already been through far too much, and she has grown into the sweetest, most affectionate little companion.
Her kittens got their chance. Now it's Winnie's turn.
Please share her. Even if you can't adopt, one share could put Winnie in front of the person she's been waiting 21 months to meet. π―π‘β€οΈ
