Profile and needs in a home
Cuddles is a little trooper who is now ready to start a new life.
He is nervous when first encountering unknown humans but once he settles and becomes comfortable with you, he will be your best buddy!.
Cuddles will need a quiet home with no children. His new family will need to give him time to settle and not look to overwhelm him in the first few days.
Cuddles likes the safety of his soft mesh crate and alternates between that and his bed for a solid night sleep. Like a lot of dogs, he is afraid of thunderstorms and will retreat to his crate.
Cuddles is best suited to a home with another well-adjusted resident dog as he feels lost and unsure of himself if not with another supportive canine friend. Cuddles currently resides with 2 dogs and his carer feels that '3 is a crowd' so one canine friend would be best.
Cuddles has just started playing with toys following a spate of copying visiting guest dogs in the household. Cuddles loves men and will gravitate towards them first. Cuddles can often be found sitting next to Jeff, just chilling and watching TV.
He is housetrained and loves his leisurely daily walks. Of course, your home will be a new environment so you will need to set him up to succeed with his housetraining to start.
Cuddles must have access inside at all times and of course be permitted on the furniture and sleep in the bedroom of a night.
If you would like to meet Cuddles, please provide us some details about yourself, home environment, lifestyle, your dog and other pets (if any), your family members, your daily activity level, Cuddle's potential alone time, home access, contingency plans for when you're away, and your ability to cover vet expenses. Plus, any other details that may assist in a successful adoption.
