About Hazel
Hazel is an affectionate little lady with a big heart and lots of love to give. While she can feel a little anxious when left alone, Hazel thrives when surrounded by her people and enjoys their company most of the time.
After the initial "small dog syndrome bark-off," Hazel gets along well with other dogs. She hasn’t lived with cats but seems indifferent to them, so she’s likely to adjust well to sharing her space.
Hazel loves playing with children and will happily join in family fun. She is house-trained, with the occasional excited wee. Hazel does have a tendency to chew on her bed and, sometimes, furniture. This is likely tied to her anxieties, which can be eased with a loving and stable home.
Hazel has had a full dental clean-up (with a few teeth removed), is sterilised, vaccinated and ready to find her forever home.
Her ideal home is one where she won’t be left alone for long periods and where her people will help her feel secure and loved.
