Meet Austin! This loving, 'gentle giant' is a true gentleman. He's a joy to walk (really good on lead), and enjoys meeting people and dogs when out and about. You can even relax at a cafe with this big boy. He loves playing tug of war and fetch, and although is used to being alone all day at his foster carer, would enjoy an active family with another dog at home. And so well toilet trained he even squeezes himself through a dog door intended for a much smaller dog! He needs some training, but will be a loving, affectionate goofball who just wants cuddles on the couch.

Would most likely suit a family with older children (he's unaware of his own size and can knock the little ones over). .

Xrayed and diagnosed with hip displaysia. Vet has recommended some simple rehab exercises to build his glutes (to minimise subluxation of hips with moving). He may require pain relief in future but at this time surgery is not indicated.
