About Zephyr
Zephyr is a social and affectionate girl who loves being around people and other dogs. She's a well-mannered, inside dog, always eager to join in on family activities, whether it's snuggling up for some quiet time or playing in the yard with her furry friends.
Zephyr has a joyful and active personality, making her an excellent companion for a family that enjoys an inclusive lifestyle. She would be great with children and loves the attention of a kind and loving family. Zephyr is not only eager to meet new people but is also curious about the world and would love to explore with her new family-whether that's on walks, trips to the park, or just hanging out on the couch together.
She thrives in a home where she can be pampered with all the love and affection she deserves. A family that can provide Zephyr with plenty of attention, playtime, and, of course, the occasional treat, will be rewarded with a loyal, happy, and loving companion.
If you're looking for a sweet, social, and loving dog who will bring joy to your home, Zephyr might just be the perfect addition to your family!
To book a meet and greet with Lexi please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
