Meet Bear, an 8 month old Kelpie x Whippet with a gentle, affectionate nature and a heart full of love.

Bear thrives on human interaction and absolutely loves to cuddle. He’s a people-oriented pup who follows his humans everywhere they go, always eager to be by their side. While he’s a little shy at first, Bear’s intelligence and eagerness to learn shine through. He’s still a young puppy, so he will benefit from ongoing training to help him reach his full potential.

Bear will need continued exposure to the outside world, as well as basic obedience training and toilet training. His progress has been steady, and with a patient, consistent owner he will continue to leearn.

He gets along well with dog-savvy children, making him a good fit for a family home. Bear currently lives with a medium-sized female dog and enjoys their company, so he would likely thrive in a household with another dog to keep him company and play with.

Although Bear travels well in the car, he can be a bit nervous when getting in and out. As a typical puppy, he still enjoys chewing and needs regular mental stimulation to keep him entertained and prevent boredom.

Bear is a sweet, playful pup with loads of potential. He just needs someone who can provide him with the care, training, and love he deserves to help him blossom into the amazing dog he’s meant to be.
