Meet our handsome “Raven”
Raven is a big, strong, gorgeous, loving standard poodle. He is very smart, sociable, confident, and very loyal. Raven needs a confident owner that can show leadership, or Raven will train you to do as he decides. He is very good with puppy dog eyes and working out his people’s weak spots.
Raven already knows a number of commands including sit, lay down, shake hands. He walks well on lead, is house trained and crate trained. He is food motivated which makes him very easy to train and he loves to learn new things. He is a big strong boy and underestimates his size at times so may be prone to knock smaller children over.
Raven is fine around other dogs although we believe in his ideal home, he would be an only child to receive all attention. You will be rewarded with lots of affection and loyalty. He can sometimes behave protectively in his home with a spicy bark as visitors pull up but is Mr Social butterfly when they are brought into the home by his owner.
We are looking for a home that will provide lots of adventures, stimulation, and continued training for this very handsome and adorable boy. He will need grooming every 6 to 8 weeks so this cost will need to be considered before applying. Ideally you will be a standard poodle lover and have previous experience with the breed. The love, fun, and loyalty you will receive from Raven will be well worth your efforts.
It is a condition in our adoption agreement that all our dogs are to be taken through obedience training to ensure they reach their full potential.

• You have a secure yard.
• Raven will not be alone for more than 6hrs.
• You will enrol Raven in obedience training.
• You will allow Raven to be part of the family and will allow him access to indoors with you.
• You WILL provide him with daily exercise AND mental stimulation.
