About Esme
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
I'm an outgoing little girl that likes to explore and get to know everyone in the house. I do get startled by noises and people but I am learning what things are, like the washer and vacuum. I have big bursts of energy where I play and rum and then I have a big sleep.
My Ideal Home:
I would love a family that will treat me as one of their own. I would be an indoor cat so if you have a 'catified' home (see Jackson Galaxy on YouTube) it would be great. I need 'cat people'!
What is Known About My Background:
My mum came into the pound as a pregnant stray and HAR saved us. She has found her new home ...now I'm looking for my furever family.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
At my foster house I am interacting with another foster cat and the resident cat. They are pretty much a lot bigger than me, but I'm holding my own. They are pretty gentle with me but sometimes get grumpy if I want to play too much. I also play with a 3 year old (a grand daughter of my foster carer) and she is very gentle with me but I get scared if she runs or squeals (which she tries hard not to do). I haven't has much to do with doggo's but I'm open to a good introduction with a gentle hound.

Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
Please understand that by filling in this form, it by no means guarantees that you will be successful in the adoption process, nor does it obligate you to adopt.
