Craving a dollop of ginger sweetness in your life? Meet Ketchup - a street-wise lad who's LOVING being pampered by his foster humans like the king he is, and is now on the search for the purrfect forever home of his own!
Once he's feeling comfortable in new surroundings, this handsome boy adores a warm lap to snuggle on as you work, game or watch TV. He's also a big reader - at least, that's what he'd like you to think! He probably just likes hanging out in bookshelves because it's nice and cosy :)
Ketchup loves the high-school aged kids in his foster home, so we think he'd enjoy living with children aged 12+ or in a peaceful adults-only home where he can chill with you and relax.
Like all Maggie's pets, Ketchup is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be mostly quiet and calm, though I'm currently living happily with a family so a bit of bustle is fine! I'm untested with other pets at this stage, but a compatible cat or gentle dog might be nice to have around too :)
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm 90% couch potato, with a 10% dash of playful and silly!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I enjoy the company of the cat-loving tween and teen in my foster home.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Not sure, as I haven't met any pets since arriving in care - but I'm willing to give it a go and see if it's a match!

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
