Our handsome German Shorthair Pointer pup Diesel is ready to find a well matched home.

We have invested financially and time wise with this boy Diesel, so it is essential his next home is his forever home.

Diesel is 8 months of age (DOB 15 March 2024) and he has been through the board and train program with Toni, so we know how his brain ticks. Diesel requires a home that will keep his mind active, and stimulated whilst having a balance of time out with no/limited interaction. We have found that he works best with less interaction ... the more attention he receives the more mischief and destructive behaviour he will display.

Diesel is quite happy to be crated at night and is toilet trained. He loves all people, and attention but is capable of listening, being calm, and levelheaded. With further training and exposure Diesel would make a good therapy dog for someone wanting to visit schools, kindergartens, even aged care facilities.

Diesel has a good range of commands that he knows and responds accordingly to ... including: sit, drop, stay, stand, place, just to mention a few. He is good on lead, and has great recall 😀😀.

Diesel has a personality all of his own. He is a lovely natured, full of life boy that requires an owner that will continue his training.

Diesel will have you in stitches with his quirkiness, always the clown and plays up to it if he gets a reaction from his people.

Diesel is a dog that likes to have company, but it isn't essential, as long as he gets opportunities for doggy play dates.

Diesel has been flea and worm treated, fully vaccinated, desexed, microchipped, had his eye surgery to correct entropia in one eye and has received professional dog training.

For the right matched home Diesel will be awesome, but if he is incorrectly matched it is likely Diesel will become bored and destructive.

Diesel's adoption fee is $1300 (does not cover the $$ we have spent on him so far).
