Hi there! I'm Dapple, and I am about to have my very first half birthday here at the shelter (being 6 months old in about a week!)

I might not hear your voice, but I've got a big heart that listens to love and affection loud and clear. Being deaf means I see the world a little differently, but with a patient family to guide me, I know I can learn all the tricks to be your perfect companion. I promise to bring so much joy and wagging tails into your life! I am going to need ongoing training to be at my best!

Because I'm still figuring things out, I'd do best in a home with older kids who understand my needs. I'd love to meet a doggy sibling if you have one-let's have a meet-and-greet to see if we're a match! I'm also happy to join a family with full-time workers, as long as I get a good settling-in period to adjust.
