About Maisie
Miss Maisie is an energetic and playful little girl with a really super sweet little soul. While most of her is brown tabby colouring, she has the most adorable tiny pops of ginger with one spot right in the middle of her head.
Maisie was a little overwhelmed with foster care life initially and wasn't sure what to make of the humans but she has just absolutely flourished during this time into the sweetest little human companion. She now likes to know what everyone is doing and know everything that's going on, quite literally bouncing all around the house.
Little Maisie LOVES to play. She is very active and energetic and an absolutely excellent butt-wiggle pouncer. She likes to stalk her toys, then pounce, then stride away nonchalantly like she's lost interest and then, BAM, she pounces again. It's absolutely adorable. Maisie loves to chase just about any toy and has been known to go a little crazy when she locates the box that stores the endless supply of kitten toys in her foster homes. It's just so exciting!
The first time Maisie let her guard down as a baby kitten with her current carers and melted into a happy purr she actually scared herself and growled at her own purr! We're not going to lie, it was super cute. But now she is the absolute happiest purring queen and very happy to soak up pats, love and attention and will come to her humans to seek them out.
Maisie has loved the other cats in her foster home from day 1 but is less keen on the dog. She has learnt to tolerate his canine silliness but he's just so dang noisy!
Miss Maisie is a real sweetie who will bring lots of energy to her forever home and great companionship to her people.
