About Martha
Meet Martha – The Sweetest Soul Looking for a Second Chance ❤️
Some dogs have all the luck… and then there’s Martha. This beautiful girl has been patiently waiting for someone to see just how special she is. After months in the pound, first waiting for her family to come (they never did) and then waiting for someone to adopt her (no one ever did), Martha finally found comfort in a foster home. But her journey isn’t over—she still needs her forever family.
Martha may be in her golden years, but she still has so much love to give. She’s a champion napper, a professional cuddle bug, and a devoted companion who will follow you from room to room, just to be near you. She adores belly rubs, head scratches, and lazy afternoons snoozing on the couch. And while she may be a little visually impaired, it doesn’t slow her down one bit—she’s adapted beautifully to home life and loves exploring her surroundings.
Why Senior Dogs Like Martha Are Simply the Best
Puppies may be cute, but there’s something incredibly special about a senior dog. They already know the joys of companionship, they settle into routines easily, and their love is deep and unwavering. With Martha, you won’t have to worry about wild puppy energy—just a gentle, grateful heart that’s been waiting far too long for a family of her own.
Martha’s Personality & Home Needs
🐾 Loves lounging, cuddling, and keeping you company throughout the day
🐾 Enjoys short daily walks but is just as happy napping in a sunny spot
🐾 Prefers to be the only pet—she has more than enough love to give all on her own
🐾 Needs a home with few or no stairs, as her arthritis can make climbing tricky
🐾 Absolutely adores children and is wonderfully gentle with them
No Other Dogs? No Problem!
Martha isn’t the biggest fan of other dogs, but honestly, who needs them when you have a best friend like her? She’s happy to soak up all the love from her humans and will be your most loyal and affectionate companion. With Martha by your side, you’ll never feel alone—she’ll always be there to greet you with a wagging tail and a heart full of love.

Martha may have had a rough start, but she’s ready to spend the rest of her days being cherished and adored. If you’re looking for a loving, devoted companion, Martha is ready to fill your home with warmth, joy, and endless snuggles.
🐶 Adopt Martha and give her the forever home she’s been waiting for. ❤️
