🐾🤍 MEET CHERYL & TIMOTHY 🤍🐾
Hello! My name is Cheryl and this is my best buddy, Timothy. We are currently on the search for our forever home together, and we are hoping you can help us out.
Nature
💜 Cheryl - I am still quite a shy girl, but I am getting used to my surroundings. I love a good pat and I’ll roll around stretching out if I feel safe. I’ve come such a long way from when I first came into care and I’m trying my hardest to become more friendly. I enjoy exploring the house and finding somewhere to chill out, especially somewhere that I can watch the outdoor world! Although I can still be a bit nervous and will run if someone comes over to me too quickly. My all time favourite way to pass time is cuddling and grooming Timmy though, it’s the best part of the day.
🧡 Timothy - I am a love bug, my Foster Mum describes me as a big softy with the greenest eyes. I love nothing more than getting a good scratch, but I am still getting used to humans so I can get a bit scared at times. I like to lay where I can see everything that’s going on in the house, and playing with Cheryl too. I’ve come so far since coming into care and I really do want to engage with my humans and get pats! I come out to greet you with the cutest chirping noises, I love talking to you, especially if there’s food. I also love talking to Cheryl, we talk to each other all the time and call each other from different rooms if we are apart. I’ve relaxed so much since coming into care and it’s all thanks to patience and the help of Cheryl!
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
We would be best suited to a home with no children, as we are still learning to trust humans and can be nervous at times. Calm, older children or teens who will give us space to settle in may be okay.
We absolutely love each other, so must stay together. We would be able to live with other kitty friends if given gentle, slow introductions.
We haven’t been exposed to dogs, but can be frightened by loud, sudden movements. So a home without a dog would be best for us.
Likes / Dislikes
💜 Cheryl - I love my dry biscuits, and a can of wet food. I also love roast chicken as a treat. I love being on the couch, but I can still be hesitant with humans, so I prefer to watch from a distance and join in when I feel safe. I don’t like sudden movements or loud noises very much.
🧡 Timothy - I love my wet food, I greet my Foster Mum every day for dinner! I adore bits of fresh chicken too. I don’t like sudden movements, loud noises or being cornered. I will need a lot patience and time to get used to everything in my new home.
Our PURR-fect home would be a quiet, mature, loving home with patient humans who will give us plenty of time to settle in and adjust to our new surroundings. We would love to be adopted together, and would prefer a home with no little kids or dogs!
Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

Medical Notes: Timothy has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) which is a virus that can affect his immune system, however, he can still potentially live a long healthy life. FIV is transmitted through deep bite wounds. Due to his FIV Timothy will need to be an indoor only cat. FIV cats can live harmoniously with other cats however slow introductions are required to ensure they do not fight.
