About Yellow
Meet Yellow! A playful, curious, and affectionate young cat who's looking for her forever home. With her sunny personality and striking shiny fur, she is sure to brighten up any household. Yellow is a sweet and attention-seeking kitty who loves being the center of attention. Whether it's cuddles on the couch, playing with her favorite toys, or simply lounging in a sunbeam, she'll always want to be near you.
She has a special quirk-Yellow insists that she should be a yellow cat because, well, she just can't understand why other cats are different colors. To her, yellow is simply the best, and she's proud to show it off! She's full of love and would thrive in a home where she can get lots of affection, gentle petting, and plenty of playtime.
Yellow is social and loves to interact, making her perfect for families or individuals who can give her the attention she craves. She'll happily curl up beside you and purr contentedly, grateful for your companionship.
If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate, and loving feline friend who believes yellow is the best color, Yellow just might be the perfect addition to your family!
Will you give this beautiful, one-of-a-kind kitty the loving home she deserves?
To book a meet and greet with Yellow please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
