About Leyla (64576)
Meet Leyla our beautiful shy German Shepherd. Leyla is still quite young and being only 11 months has a lot to learn, so would suit a dog savvy family or individual with breed experience. She is very handler focused so although shy in the beginning, will warm up and bond hard, giving you a loyal friend for life. Leyla could potentially be a good family dog provided she is rehomed with older, dog savvy kids. She would highly benefit from a home with consistent and respectful boundaries, that will give her space and time to adjust. She has not experienced much outside of her previous home and is still learning how to be confident on her own. Due to Leyla bonding hard with her people and being so loyal she must be the only dog in the home. Rules, boundaries and consistency mixed with love and affection will aid to create a happy and well-balanced dog. Leyla has shown no reactivity towards cats so she could, with a slow introduction, live with a cat in the home but it will take time and patience. If this sounds like the right doggo for you, please apply online today.
