About Future (63322)
Future is a sweet, friendly and smart young shepherd mix who has found himself at GAWS through no fault of his own. Future has had a strong start to his life and training, is highly intellegent, walks well on lead, and is house and toilet trained. Future has shown a wonderful temprament and sociability with all dogs he has met in his assessments. He will be a fantasic companion for the right person or family, but would thrive with an owner that has experience with his breed and its specific training and enrichment requirements. Future has not met any children, so all kids under 18 in the home must attend any meet and greets. We have also found in care that true to his breed, Future is showing early signs od low grade hip displasia, which his new owners will need to manage and monitor as he grows. Please note it is compulsory that we meet any existing dogs with the GAWS dog of interest to help ensure a good match for all involved. In addition, all household members are required to attend the meet and greet to assess the dog's interaction.
