About Remi
Party time!!! Calling for fun people – people who love to play and have a laugh
Hi my name is Remi and let me tell you I'm so the life of the party.
I am a 8 month old Toy Poodle and I am ready for a life of adventure and fun!
There is a few things I absolutely LOVE
* People
* Dog Friends
* Wrestling
* Doing Zoomies
* Living a happy fun life
Omg what else do I love – just about everything I am a fun loving happy guy who just wants to spend my time with my family and doing things I love.
My foster dad says while I’m a fun boy I am also learning my manners and sometimes I do forget because I'm loving life still but it's all stuff I'm working on and with my zest for life and happy personality it will be fun continuing to teach me.
I happily know how to sit, and I can roll over and play dead when I am being dramatic or having a laugh, but I would happily learn more commands and some tricks if you want – the yummy treats and cuddles help me learn really quick!
My foster dad says I do sometimes forget things, or I get sidetracked something about shiny things or eyelashes can distract me, but he mumbles it’s all good cause I’m still really just a baby.
I’ve got the toilet training thing down pat but maybe going to a new home I might get lost on my way outside or distracted by something shiny so I'm needing a family who will understand that I'm still only young and learning and may have an accident or two while I figure out my new routine
I love to play with my doggie friends so much I will need a play friend in my new home someone who loves zoomies and wrestling just as much as me please.
I love having access to outside and love to play in the garden - especially with a fursibling. I love to run around and do zoomies and be able to have access inside and outside 24/7.
I currently sleep on my foster parent's bed and would love to be able to continue sleeping on my new families' beds - if there is kids, I will happily share my love around cause I mean come on more fun stuff for me!
I am still young so if you leave me home I have been known to collect some of your stuff and collect I and give a little chew just to show how much I love you when your gone........... but as I settle and get more comfortable home this will stop.
I currently live with some cats - I do bark at them inviting them to come play with me, but they ignore me, so off I go and play with my foster siblings!

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 10 day trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $250) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 10 day trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby via email including the transfer of microchip form.
