About Sadie
Meet this beautiful little diva, Sadie!
If you're looking for a lap dog with charm, character, and a sprinkle of diva flair, then allow us to introduce Sadie.
Sadie is a petite 6 year and 2 month old Maltese x Shih Tzu who may be small in stature, but she’s absolutely grand in personality.
As Light as a feather and soft as a cloud, Sadie is all about the creature comforts in life , cuddles, belly rubs, and prime real estate on your pillow, Yes, she'll definitely a pillow hog!
Sadie is toilet trained and confidently navigates the doggy door like a seasoned pro.
Sadie loves the luxurious sprawl of a human bed, ideally tucked around your neck like a furry scarf.
She also considers sunbathing an elite sport, happily soaking up rays in the yard before retreating to the couch to resume her role as Queen Bea!
Energy-wise, Sadie is mostly calm and sedate, though she’s not above the occasional bout of zoomies just to keep you on your toes.
Sadie is generally quiet, but don’t be fooled. She’s got a strong opinion about guests arriving home and unfamiliar dogs passing by. Sadie will let them know with a bark or two just to maintain her kingdom's boundaries.
When it comes to socialising, Sadie is a lady of selective company. She tolerates other small and quiet dogs but doesn’t have much time for the rowdy big ones.
How is Sadie with Cats, you ask? It's not a problem. Sadie gives them their space and goes about her day without a fuss.
As for the human kids , Sadie's been fantastic with teens and older kids who know how to respect her need for a calm and gentle approach, it's all about the respect and boundaries for this little diva!
Sadie loves the idea of walks. She gets all excited, tail wagging, ready for adventure...... right up until the leash is clipped on...... then it’s paws firmly planted and “please carry me” eyes engaged.
Sadie much prefers to be escorted in style or roam lead-free in a secure yard / space.
As long as the weather conditions are up to Sadie's standards, if the ground is wet? Forget it!
She’s not walking through that, on , in it , No way, No how.
Sadie will wait for dry land, thank you very much, all while giving you the look of " how dare you expect me to get my paws wet, no way human, not today!"
Although would we expect any less, from this gorgeous girl No!
This is Sadie's true Diva style, and we just love her Diva flare, Don't you?! ❤️
Sadie is a sweet little soul and is motivated more by love than treats, though she won’t say no to a home-cooked doggy meal.
One of her funniest quirks is how she lifts one leg like a canine yoga master when doing her lady business, and if you scratch her under the chin, you’ll get a symphony of happy lip-smacking in return.
Sadie is, quite simply, a lap dog extraordinaire. If you want a devoted Diva who will melt into you like butter on toast and stay there for hours, then Sadie's your girl.
Sadie is definitely not into hiking or high-energy antics! Sadie's only here for the snuggles, soft blankets, hogging pillows, and a life full of love.
If you’re seeking a gentle, quirky little shadow who will adore you endlessly and demand VIP cuddles at all times, Sadie is waiting to steal your heart and pillow!
