About Red
Our handsome fellow Red is now ready to find a home that will cater to his needs.
Red is a male 5 year 3 month old Jack Russell Terrier Cross (possibly Cavalier). Red is a small breed dog weighing 10.5kg. (His mum is a JRT and she clearly had a visitor as the "dad" in the family is also a JRT).
This boy is beautiful. He is up for a play and walk and also a snuggler and lap sitter. Having come off rural property Red can bark a little if people walk past the property (noting he is in foster care on a main road property currently in Horsham).
Red is good with other dogs - loves a play, good with children and has been around cats - but can chase if the cats don't stand up to him and run. Red is looking for an indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
Red would suit most households, but he would love a doggy companion or someone home a fair bit looking for a mate.
Red has been flea and worm treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped. Red has some mild dental disease that can be addressed through home treatment (brushing, dental sticks & additive in his water).
Red's adoption fee is $700.
To register interest in adoptioning this handsome fellow please email us at phoenixarh@outlook.com and tell us about the home you can provide Red. Please include details of any existing pets and where you are located.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
