About Twig
My name is Twig, my foster mum says I am a little firecracker, full of energy, enthusiasm and happiness. I may be little but I have a big personality. I love everyone I meet males, females, big, small and especially other fur friends. I haven't met many cats so supervision will be a good idea.
I love playing with my siblings and foster siblings, we play chasey and tug of war. I also love doing zoomies. I can't wait to go on adventures and explore new places. I hear puppy school is great fun.
I love my foster mum, I follow her everywhere and we have great cuddles. She is teaching me lots of stuff like toilet training and sitting for food and treats and sleeping all night. She also makes sure I have plenty of chew toys.
I am a typical puppy so I will need lots of training, exercise and mental stimulation and after all that lots of cuddles, I love cuddles.
Are you that special person that I will love unconditionally furever??

If you are interested in finding out more about the dogs we have in care, please go to our website at http://www.dustypawsdogrescue.com/adopt and fill in an adoption form.
* Please note, this is not a contract or agreement of any kind, only expression of interest in our dog. We will not conduct any meet and greets unless this form has been filled out and submitted for review. Only approved applicants will get to meet our dogs. *
Once approved you will be contacted by a team member and can organise a time best suited to meet with the carer and dog. If you have other dogs they must also be at the meeting, including any children in the immediate family.
Before applying please consider the following:
• real estate approval if renting
• any fencing repairs that may need to be done
• outside shelter
• breed knowledge
• do you have enough time for the breed of dog you are applying for?
If you and the dog get along, you have to option of taking the dog on the spot (at this time you will need to pay the full adoption price and sign the adoption agreement) You will then get a 2-week trial with the dog, during this time should things not work out you are to return the dog to Dusty Paws Dog Rescue. You will then receive a full refund; less $50 admin fee within 7 business days of the return of the dog.

Please also keep in mind that we are a volunteer run rescue which means we don’t have someone manning the phone 24/7, we all work full time jobs and get back to your calls and messages as soon as we can. We thank you for your time and patients with us.
