Storm - 2 year old Kelpie (Trial)

Storm is a lovely, gentle, sweet natured guy who likes to meet people and dogs of all kinds. He loves chasing balls, playing fetch and with toys, enjoys his daily walks and chills out quickly for a good snooze. He sleeps all night on his bed, on the floor near you, but also won't say no if you let him snuggle with you on your bed. He likes to give little kisses to show you his love.

Storm's confidence has grown whilst in foster care, however he can be skittish
with loud or 'new' to him noises. He calms quite quickly with his hoomans
reassurance.

Storm has shown himself to be a very dog social boy with lovely manners. His new home will need to have a doggy campanion, as he can find it a bit hard when left alone. He would also benefit from someone home more often than not, especially whilst he settles in his new home.

Despite his breed, Storm would totally have failed on muster dogs. Don't get me wrong he has energy to burn, but mostly Storm is quite happy with a daily walk, before lounging around the rest if the day.

Storm is very gentle when taking treats, and your food doesn't overly interest him. He already knows how to sit, drop, shake and to wait, he also comes well when
called. He is currently in foster care with a 1.5 year old male staffy and children aged 10 and 12, and although he is very gentle, he is probably best suited to a quieter home, with older children. He hasn't been tested with cats or pocket pets.
We think that walking on a lead may be a relatively new experience, as he does pull a bit, but he stops when you do, and is learning to wait to cross roads. He's very eager to please, and will improve quickly with daily walks.

Storm is a super sweet soul, who deserves the very best. Never mind how handsome
he is.... who could resist those ears.!! He really is a lovely companion.

Storm is in foster care at Thornton, NSW, and is available for adoption within NSW. His adoption fee is $500, and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.
