Meet Rex, a heartwarming Cavalier-Cocker mix with an abundance of charm and playfulness. This friendly fellow weighs in at a sturdy 15kg and is all set for his new family, being desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and wormed. With such a comprehensive health record, Rex is as ready as ever to become a beloved member of your household.
Rex thrives in the company of people and other animals, making him a fantastic addition to homes with cats, dogs, or children. His open-hearted nature means he's always eager for a little playtime or a warm cuddle session. Whether it's a game of fetch in the garden, a walk through the park, or simply lounging by your side, Rex is happy as long as he's in good company. Being alone doesn’t really suit him.
Residing in Kenmore, Rex is searching for a family who can provide him a secure outdoor space to explore between cuddles and play. But don't worry, he also loves the warmth and companionship found indoors! With a new family by his side, Rex can't wait to share his joyful, playful nature with everyone he meets.
If you're ready to welcome an energetic and loyal companion into your home, Rex could be your perfect match. He promises to fill your days with laughter, love, and endless affection.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
