About Harry
Big breath ❤️ It's time for Harry to find his special family.
Harry is one of the most loving, sweet, forgiving, strong, gentle, and extraordinary cats I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. I love him with all my heart, and anyone who adopts him will have my full respect and support. – Lauren
If you've been following his journey, you know what a true fighter Harry is—he's overcome so much.
Harry came to us as a severely injured stray, both physically and emotionally. He had a deep, infected wound full of maggots, terrible teeth, severe matting, kidney disease, heart disease, anemia, fleas, FIV+ and dangerously underweight—a mere shell of a cat.
Given everything he was up against, euthanasia might have seemed like a reasonable option, but that's not what our rescue is about. Harry deserved a chance. He still had fight in his eyes and an appetite for life (and food) that couldn't be ignored.
Harry is very social with other cats and would thrive in a home with a gentle feline companion. However, he would not do well with dogs or young children. What he needs is a peaceful, quiet, and loving environment where he can heal and feel safe again.
Harry is a high-needs cat, both medically and behaviorally, and will require ongoing care. He is on a special kidney diet and takes medication twice a day mixed with his food. This is an ongoing financial commitment that should be carefully considered before adopting him.
If you’re ready to make a life-changing difference for this brave little cat, please consider adopting Harry.
He may be overlooked by many, but we believe there’s one kind soul out there who can offer him the loving forever home he deserves.
