About Blue
Blue arrived to Ark through no fault of his own. Unfortunately his owner who he dearly loved had to go into care. Poor Blue is left a little confused and is still adjusting to foster care.
Blue gets his name from old Aussie slang. Red heads often are nicknamed Blue. It certainly suits his cute nature.
He is a very shy boy, but you can see he is eager to be confident and gain lots of love. Currently he lives with dogs, cats and toddlers. He is not bothered by children who understand him. Cats are also fine, however a cat with a dominate personality who chases or bosses him will frighten him. Blue is still frighted of Dogs. His foster home is a little busy for him, however his foster carer aims to give him lots of love and attention and he is showing great progress in coming out of his shell because of this. We are sure with the right person he will show endless love with confidence.
While he is shy boy loves attention and affection. He adores a brush and any love you can give him.
Blue is a Domestic longhair, however he appears to have similar characteristics to a ragdoll cat. They are often vocal which he is and can be quite shy until they get to know their owner and are comfortable in their surroundings.
Blue needs a somewhat quiet household. A home without animals that will chase him. And a person who will give him patience and love to build his confidence. We believe with these things, Blue will be a beautiful cat who will love you and be so happy to live the rest of his life with you.
