About Princess
Meet Princess!
Princess is a sweet and gentle feline who initially might be a bit shy, but with a little patience and understanding, you'll soon see her true, loving personality blossom. She's quite the fan of head scratches, and once she recognizes you as a friend, she'll reward you with her affectionate and peaceful companionship. Her gentle purrs are a testament to the bond she forms with those she trusts.
Princess would do best in a calm and quiet household, where she can feel secure and loved. This serene environment will allow her to come into her own, engaging with you in her uniquely tender way. She's the perfect companion for someone seeking a gentle and loving friend who will appreciate the tranquility of a peaceful home.
If you're interested in meeting Princess and offering her the calm and nurturing environment she deserves, she is currently awaiting her new family at U17/39-41 Corporation Circuit, Tweed Heads South. To start your journey with this lovely girl, please complete the online adoption expression of interest at https://friendsofthepound.com/adoption-expression-of-interest/.

Adoption details
If there is a cat/dog you would be interested in adopting that you have seen online or met at our Adoption Centres, you will need to fill out an Expression of interest. You can do this at the Centres or online at: https://friendsofthepound.com/adoption-expression-of-interest/
We only adopt out cats and dogs to locations that are within 2 hours driving distance.
If you are a homeowner, we need a copy of your Rates Notice. If you have a Body Corp, we need their written permission that cat/dog ownership is allowed.
If you are in a rental we need written permission from the Home owner/Letting Agent. The letter needs to be dated within the last week and state the property address, the name of the Occupant (adopter-to-be) and how long you have been at the property.
We cannot accept deposits and no hold can be put on a cat/dog.
All adoptions need to be approved by our Cat, Kitten or Dog Coordinators or Management so you might not be able to adopt the cat or dog at the time you meet them.
We aim to match the cats/dogs with the most suitable owner and home environment. Our goal is to have the cats and dogs go to a home where they can spend their entire lives, which could be up to 20 years or more for a kitten, and 15-20 years for a puppy.
