Meet Sketch, the adorable young, medium size mixed breed with a heart as big as his grin! Sketch is an affectionate, fun-loving pup who is sure to bring joy and laughter to your home. With his stunning brindle coat and white highlights, he’s as cute as they come!

If Sketch were human, he’d be the guy at the BBQ that is everyone’s mate, easy to chat to, quick to share a laugh or play a game, and always by your side when you need a hand. He’s very people-orientated and thrives on human companionship. He’ll greet you with a wagging tail and a big, goofy grin every time you walk into the room. Whether you’re lounging on the couch or heading out for a walk, Sketch will be right by your side, always ready to snuggle up and soak up the love.

His friendly and happy demeanour makes him a natural at getting along with both people and pups alike. Sketch currently attends doggy day care and play dates with dogs of all sizes, joins his foster family at the local cafes and beer gardens, and goes to a city office with his foster mum from time to time. He adores having company, so he’d be a great addition to a household with other dogs, a family with school age children, or a home where his humans involve him in their daily routine.

At just 8 months Sketch is still young, making him an ideal age to train. He is highly motivated by affection and praise so with consistent guidance, he’s sure to excel. Sketch is currently learning some basic commands and making steady progress. He is doing great with his walking skills and has learnt to walk nicely with a halti and loose leash—no tugging, just enjoying the stroll by your side! His foster family are confident he'll be a gem of a dog with time and patience.

Sketch displays medium energy, so he’ll enjoy daily walks, playtime, and some fun outdoor adventures. He’s got plenty of spunk and loves to get outside, but he also knows how to relax and unwind with a good cuddle session when it’s time to chill. He travels well in the car and also sleeps soundly on his bed through the night, making him an ideal companion.

Suitable to both first time dog owners and experienced dog handlers alike, Sketch would thrive in a home where he can get plenty of love, attention, and mental stimulation. He’ll need a secure yard with good fencing to ensure he’s safe while he plays or when left alone. A family, couple or individual who’s ready to continue his training and provide him with structure and affection will be a perfect fit!
