About Marvin
Marvin is a very social and happy boy; he loves everyone and everything including other dogs and is confident and outgoing. He will be medium-sized when fully grown.
Marvin is currently in foster care in Helensburgh NSW with a family with two dogs as well as kids aged 5, 9 and 10, and he is doing superbly.
His foster mum says he's wonderful with her kids and shows no sign of aggression or frustration towards them, and loves playing with them. He can still be bouncy during playtime so would be best with kids aged 5+.
He is really good on walks, including in the bush where he's stayed close to his foster mum even when off-leash.
Despite having some working dog genes in his mix, he is not high-energy and just enjoys a normal-length walk and a play in the yard each day.
He loves a cuddle but is not overly needy and is fine doing his own thing too. He can be left at home without showing any signs of stress or destruction (e.g. his foster mum says she's returned home to him snoozing in the sun on the deck).
He is an all-round good boy who will be a great addition to his new family.

Adoption details
The first step towards adoption is to complete our simple adoption/enquiry form so we can learn more about you and your lifestyle and see if that's a good fit for the pet you have in mind.
Completing the form does not oblige you to proceed any further if you don't wish to.
From there, we can arrange a meet and greet and if satisfactory for all parties the adoption can go ahead.
The perfect home for each individual pet is essential, and the decision about which new home the pet goes to is made by the founder of the rescue group.
