Meet the super sweet and friendly Annabee!

Annabee can be a bit shy at first and underconfident around new people and environments. While being here with us we have been working with her on building up her confidence with meeting new people and dogs, pats and cuddles and new experiences that she sometimes finds a little overwhelming.

Annabee's new owner will need to continue this confidence building training once she is in your home, by taking things nice and slow and holding her little paw to make her feel brave.

Her ideal day would include a light breakfast, a stroll about the town and a snooze in the afternoon sun. She would love an adult-only companion who would take it slow with hugs while she is getting to know you. Once, she is confident she'd be happy to share a couch and a snack with you.

Spending time with people is not the only thing that Annabee loves, this girl also lives for playtime! Whether it be chasing a ball, tugging on some rope or solving a food puzzle, Annabee just loves to keep on the go! She's also discovered a particular fondness for soft toys during her stay in the shelter.

She's a little unsure how she feels around other canine companions but is willing to give it a go with the right furry friend, if you have a calm resident dog you think could help Annabee grow her confidence in the home, please bring them in today!
