About Alira
It's time to meet Meekahs Munchkins - Alira, Aroona, and Akira.
So let us get thing started with Alira.
Alira may be the smallest of the munchkins, but she is by far the biggest personality.
She is confident, outgoing, and a little bit feisty.
Always ready to play, she is the first one awake and the last to go to bed.
It is safe to say she is inquisitive (read as nosey) and doesn't want to miss out on anything.
If you want a pup with personality – Alira has it in spades.
She will suit a busy household where she can see, do, and stick her nose into everything.
Alira will be a great family dog but remember she is still just a baby and will be at that mouthy puppy teething stage soon so tiny tots are not recommended.
What we know about her background -
Momma Meekah arrived from a Deathrow pound with her three babies.
The relief she felt from being safe was evident from the minute she came off transport.
Meekah and her 3 little girls have been loved and cared for by the wonderful Elizabeth for the last few weeks.
Momma Meekah is quite a small girl at about 12 – 13 kg and she is just the sweetest little miss.
Listed by the pound as a terrier cross but we really don’t know her DNA.
She has shown herself to be affectionate, calm, patient and placid.
Dad – hmm – unknown playboy type – strong muscular build – Probably black and white in colour – kisses and runs.
The babies are chunky little ones but most healthy pups are at this age - we would expect them to be a little bigger than mum so please keep that in mind.
But as we know with rescue, we just never can tell.
If you are looking for a little chunk of love to complete your family and would like to meet Alira, please send us a message telling us all about yourself and the amazing life you could offer her..
Alira is in foster care at Caboolture – North Brisbane and is vaccinated to date, microchipped, and up to date with flea and worm treatments.
The adoption fee of $625 includes desexing at one of our partner vets when she is 6 months old – please be aware it is a condition of adoption that these pups are desexed at 6 months old to stop the cycle.
Future vaccinations are the responsibility of her adoptive family.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
