About Coco
Hi, how's it going?
Okay the rescue has said I need to tell you about myself - ooooh bit scary as I'm not a huge one for all the attention and spotlight but here goes.............
I have heard my foster mum describe me as a beautiful girl who anyone who meets will fall in love with and be blessed to have me in their lives.
I am 3 year old Cavocker Spoodle [Thats a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Cocker Spaniel].
I have come into care as a retired breeder and the rescue has made sure all my vet work is completed and no more babies for me!
I can be a little nervous on first meeting some people but if you give me the time then my beautiful loving nature comes out.
My foster mum has says that I am an amazing girl who loves her humans and loves
My foster mum has said I have supersonic hearing but not a barker.
I have spent my life with other dogs and would love a home with another dog who would want to play with me as well.
I currently live with some kids and a baby - my foster mum has said i light up and absolutely love the kids - she says I am super gentle and calm even when the baby is touching my nose and face.
I would love a home with kids, I am not troubled by noise and love when the kids have a nerf battle and I will try and help - but sometimes have been known to switch teams mid game.
I absolutely love getting pats from my foster family members and just being with them.
I love a good bath and a blow dry for my coat
I do help my foster mum as she works from home and she says I'm the salon therapy dog and mascot in one!
My foster mum says I do have to advise that I have been known to dig a hole or two but not to escape
I also live with chickens and I don't really care about them being here but I am untested on cats.
I am toilet trained and will happily use the doggy door or if the doors are shut I will let you know that I need to go outside and do lady business.
I absolute love roast chicken - but I mean come on who doesnt?
I would like to spend my days with living inside and having access to outside (mainly for lady business and a sniff around) I like to be able to come in and out at my leisure.
I would love a home with some kids and either a mum or dad who don't need to work, work from home, shift work or retired - just love having human company - not anxious.
I currently sleep on a dog bed but would never say no to being able to sleep on the bed. I do snooze on the couch or dog beds thru the day.
My foster mum has said that I am very food driven so easy to train but also need to remember to monitor my snacks.

Adoption details
Paw Prints Canine Rescue is a non for profit dog rescue located in Southeast Queensland.
All our dogs leave our care with full vet work (up-to-date vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart worm and intestinal wormed and flea treated).
Please note - They will not leave for their new homes until they are 12 weeks of age and have been desexed, micro-chipped and vaccinated up to date.
Please note - we are not a pound or have kennels - all our dogs stay in foster carers homes and therefore dogs are not able to be simply viewed - only approved applicants will meet the dogs.
Please Note: We do not hold any animals so please only apply if you are ready to adopt now
Please note - We don't take calls on adoption enquiries - an application must be completed
We can also be found at https://www.facebook.com/pawprintscanine/
Complete the following adoption enquiry link

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 10 day trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $250) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 10 day trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby via email including the transfer of microchip form.
