About Fudge
Village Tails presents: FUDGE. The ginger enigma. The red-heeler recliner. The canine connoisseur of calm.
We were initially convinced this fella was a distinguished elder statesman of the dog world. Turns out, no, he's just exceptionally chill for a 4–5-year-old. Think of him as the Clint Eastwood of the canine kingdom - a being of few words but with extremely strong opinions on how things should be (and that’s orderly, people).
Fudge isn't a 'let's chase our tails in circles' kind of dog. He's more of a 'let's have a gentle stroll and then contemplate the meaning of life near the hydrangeas' kind of guy. He's not a ninja, despite being of the ginger persuasion. He’s more of a Zen master who happens to have four legs and a penchant for well-structured routines.
He’s not into the whole "climbing on the furniture" chaos thing, which we appreciate. He's like, "There are designated spaces for humans, and designated spaces for canines, let's stick to the plan." Honestly, he might actually fold your laundry if you ask him nicely.
He enjoys a good car ride, probably because he can observe all the chaos outside from a safe distance. He is also a great fan of good food and appreciates a nice, quiet dinner date with his people. (Candle-lit dinners are optional but highly encouraged.)
Now, here's the deal. Fudge had a little detour back into our care because it turns out, his tolerance for toddler-induced mayhem is remarkably low. It's not that he's mean, it's just that if he thinks things are getting too wild, he'll do a none-too-polite herding maneuver. So, if your house is a symphony of squealing laughter and flying toys, Fudge is not your guy.
However, If you’re a lover of peaceful evenings, thoughtful walks, and a dog who will appreciate your efforts to maintain a well-organized sock drawer, then grab your phone and send us a detailed message!
Tell us about your serene existence, the quiet moments, and the gentle life you imagine for him. We want to be sure he finds his perfect, calm corner of the world.
Fudge is a complete package deal: de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm-tested, flea and worm-free, and ready to move into his forever home. (His adoption fee is a very reasonable $595 and he's hanging out in foster care at Woodend QLD).
Don't miss this opportunity to have the most well-adjusted, ginger, slightly judgmental, but surprisingly lovable dog to grace your household. Get writing, we know his person is out there!
