About Oscar - 4 year old Wolfhound X
Meet Sweet Oscar!
If you’re searching for a loyal companion look no further than Oscar! He is a 4-year-old Irish Wolfhound x Kelpie mix who’s ready to join a family that will give him all the love, attention, and adventure he deserves.
Although he looks like Oscar the grouch hence his new name, Oscar is the sweetest and most affectionate boy, (although a bit shy at first meet) he’s the kind of dog who will make your day brighter.
He has more of the wolfhound chill personality with the silky head of the kelpie and he absolutely loves to have his under chin scratched or a cuddle on the couch.
Oscar rarely barks, and he’s not a chewer, he loves car rides, and he’s always down for a sniff-filled walk or a good run if that’s your thing and loves a romp in the water as well.
Oscar is a smart boy who already knows some basic commands, including sit, stay, bed.
Oscar currently sleeps inside every night, as he loves being close to his humans and is perfectly content settling down on the floor or his bed anywhere within range of you. Oscar is a fantastic sleeper—he’s calm and quiet all night.
Oscar is friendly with cats although they scare him a bit until he gets used to them he is currently living with 3 indoor cats with no issues. He is also dog friendly even the yapping chihuahua at the pound he was rescued from didn’t bother him.
Oscar is currently living in Lemon Tree Passage NSW and is available for adoption.
Oscar's adoption fee is $350, and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.
