About Mummy
*In foster care in Wentworth Point, Sydney*
A sweet and soft grey dilute tortie, Mummy is a gentle companion who enjoys socialising in her own special way!
This lovely cat's quiet charm is complimented by a natural curiosity about the world around her. She's the kind of companion who will greet you with a friendly demeanor as she follows you around the home, ever ready for some companionship. A loving scratch around the ears is the key to her heart, purring loudly to show her appreciation—although a good belly rub is sure to earn you some brownie points in her book!
And while she'll never be the life of the party she does like keeping an eye on things! As long as she can hear or see you nearby, she's happy. Mummy’s friendly disposition combined with her love for human interaction makes her an ideal companion for anyone seeking the quiet joys of pet ownership. With Mummy at your side, you'll find a cherished friend ready to share warm moments and create lasting memories.
Like all Maggie's pets, Mummy is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have pats, scratches and strokes on tap - that's how I bond with my humans, and express my love.
I need a quiet, calm environment to thrive, so I'm looking for a home with adults only, or possibly teenagers who'll respect my space and not be too noisy. Oh, and no other pets please!
During the day I'm pretty independent - I tend to just snooze somewhere warm and cosy! - so I'd be a great match for someone who works outside the home, or hybrid from home and office a few days a week.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: ... is 'couch potato'! My preferred spot for snoozing all day is on a nice couch or the doormat, but I do rouse myself occasionally to have a snack and stretch my legs.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Because loud noises and unpredictable movements scare me, I'm looking for a home where everyone is aged 13+.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I like to do my thing solo, so a home where I can be your one-and-only furry friend would be my dream!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
