Personality
Shimmer is a curious, lively, and affectionate kitten who loves to explore and play. Her kitten energy is endless, and she’s always up for a game of chase, pouncing, or simply batting at toys. She’s a social butterfly and loves being around people, especially when there are belly rubs and cuddles involved!
Social & Friendly
Shimmer is incredibly friendly with other cats and dogs, making her a great fit for a multi-pet household. She gets along well with both, so if you already have other furry friends, Shimmer will fit right in. She’s also fantastic with children and loves to engage with them in a playful and gentle way, making her an ideal companion for a family with kids.

*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed
